This role focuses on developing and implementing quality assurance programs, training, and process improvements for Trust & Safety operations within Booking Holdings. It involves evaluating T&S activities, onboarding new hires, ensuring quality standards, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with global teams. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and change management skills, with a focus on maintaining enterprise standards and driving performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with the Global Quality team and Trust & Safety management to deliver a quality program that measurably improves performance of our teams and implement / operationalize that program to drive consistency globally.
  2. Create training documentation for T&S CoE.
  3. Advise on corrective measures and identify training requirements
  4. Monitor quality assurance methods and metrics to support and measure adoption of knowledge content and initiatives.
  5. Conduct quality checks and evaluate operational response activity to ensure accurate triage criteria and classification, case handling, process and policy adherence, and measuring performance against established QA benchmarks for the QA specialists based outside the Netherlands.
