Sierra is seeking a University Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment processes, build a diverse talent pipeline, and drive campus engagement strategies. This role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, proficiency in using recruiting metrics, and strong collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing campus engagement strategies and an interest in building early talent programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  2. Identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry connections, to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
  3. Drive initiatives to ensure diverse hiring practices and build a team reflective of our values and culture.
  4. Utilize metrics and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes to achieve hiring targets, reporting regularly to hiring partners.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging talent pools to strategically advise the business on hiring needs and challenges.

Skills
