Vice President, Head of Enterprise Marketing

This role is for a VP, Head of Enterprise Marketing at Axon. The individual will be responsible for defining and executing global enterprise demand generation strategies, building and leading a high-impact enterprise marketing team, driving enterprise go-to-market alignment, and using data to inform marketing decisions. The role requires a player-coach approach with a strong focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive Axon’s global enterprise demand generation strategy—and personally lead execution of priority initiatives, especially for up-market and strategic accounts.
  2. Lead a small but powerful team of enterprise marketers while setting a clear expectation that leaders lead by doing.
  3. Partner closely with Enterprise Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing directly supports revenue goals and reflects real customer needs.
  4. Own enterprise marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews—holding yourself and the team accountable to results.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in marketing and communications
  • specialized expertise in integrated marketing and transformation at high-growth companies
  • Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue impact
  • Demonstrated success as a player-coach
  • Strong background in enterprise or up-market marketing, ABM, and integrated GTM motions
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based growth with expansion into international markets
  • Deep comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
