This role is for a Web Producer at Sierra, a company building an AI platform for customer experiences. The producer will lead content publishing workflows, manage the CMS, oversee content quality assurance (including SEO and accessibility), and drive process improvements. They will translate briefs into production plans, own new page development, and maintain localization workflows. The role requires 5+ years of web content management experience, expertise with CMS, and a strong technical understanding of web technologies. Experience supporting AI products is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end content publishing workflows, managing priorities and serving as the primary technical liaison between marketing, design, product, and development resources.
  2. Manage and optimize our content management system (CMS), ensuring it meets marketing needs while maintaining strong technical standards and scalable workflows.
  3. Oversee quality assurance for all published content, including SEO optimization, accessibility compliance, brand consistency, and accuracy across editorial surfaces (blog, news, resources).
  4. Drive continuous improvement in content operations through process optimization, technology enhancements, and clear documentation for web standards, templates, and best practices.
  5. Translate product and marketing briefs into clear production plans, owning new page development through launch while maintaining localization workflows and timely updates across existing and new regions as we grow.
