What you'd actually do

  1. Manage day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping (soft services) and hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  2. Oversee employee transport operations, including vendor management, routing, and adherence to safety standards.
  3. Plan and execute internal engagement activities and external corporate events.
  4. Manage overall site security operations including access control, surveillance systems, and incident management.
  5. Ensure compliance with all EHS standards and statutory regulations.

  • Data Management: Data tracking, consolidation, and analysis for operational efficiency
  • Presentation & Communication: Creating impactful reports and presentations for leadership reviews
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related
