What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, and continuously improve the Workshop Operating System (WOS) infrastructure that powers the workshop process - going beyond maintaining tools to architecting them for scale
  2. Schedule and prioritize weekly meetings for leaders to support the execution of the company roadmap, ensuring all meeting requests are complete and accurate.
  3. Partner and collaborate closely with C-suite and VP-level executive assistants and business partners to prioritize meetings and navigate scheduling conflicts, negotiate competing priorities, following up with requestors, managing daily change requests across multiple channels, bringing clarity out of complexity and communicating clearly and in a timely manner to all stakeholders
  4. Collect and triage executive feedback in partnership with program leadership, driving issues to resolution and escalating for guidance when necessary
  5. Coordinate with other roadmap planning and business process and operations colleagues to ensure the entire operations system is optimized for supporting leaderships’ needs

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, or business process management
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale operational systems
  • Experience collaborating directly with executive C-suite and VP-level executive assistants
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in operational tooling such as Airtable, GSuite, or similar platforms, including experience with automation and scripting
  • Proven ability to influence without direct management authority
