This role is for a Global Workplace Experience (GWE) Manager at Pfizer, responsible for delivering Real Estate and Facility Management Services and leading workplace transformations in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and South China. The manager will oversee real estate properties, facilities operations through outsourcing partners, ensure compliance with EHS and Global Security standards, manage vendors, develop business continuity plans, and lead sustainability initiatives. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of direct RE&FM experience in multinational companies, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong written and spoken Chinese and English skills. Experience in managing outsource deals and project management knowledge is desirable. Technical competencies include Real Estate Strategic Management, Engineering/Construction/Architectural skills, Construction Support and Project Planning, EHS understanding, Analytical Skills, Contract Management, and Capital Planning.
