Lead cross-functional engineering programs for ultrasound equipment, focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI), cost reduction, and sustaining engineering. Manage program scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
